CREATE YOUR OWN WHOLESALE ORDER LIST (that shall automatically be saved for future reference and orders).
SEARCH FOR BRAND OR PRODUCT by entering the name of the brand or product in the "SEARCH" field (e.g. "Cadbury"), located above the Login box. Alternatively, click on one of the top category menus (e.g. "CONFECTIONERY") to see the complete range of products available in this category, or hover the cursor over the top category menu, then (or a more defined range), select the range from the drop down list (e.g. "CHOCOLATE").
To add a product line to your order list, select "ADD TO LIST".
There is no limit to the number of products that can be added to your order list.
VIEW YOUR WHOLESALE ORDER LIST by clicking "GO TO LIST".
To add more product lines from the order list page, click on one of the top category menus (e.g. "CONFECTIONERY") to see the complete range of products available in this category, or hover the cursor over the top category menu, then (or a more defined range), select the range from the drop down list (e.g. "CHOCOLATE"). Continue to add product lines by selecting "ADD TO LIST".
To remove product lines from the order list, click the "Trash Can" icon.
NOW CREATE YOUR ORDER by entering the number of cases in the appropriate fields (under "#Cases"): Increase or decrease the number of cases, as appropriate, by either inserting the number of cases required, or by using the up/down arrows in this field.
*IMPORTANT* TAKE NOTE OF THE ORDER CUT OFF TIME/DATE
that informs when the order must be approved online by you (usually before 17h00 21-days prior to the "scheduled delivery date", see below). Failure to approve your order before, shall result in your order being postponed (until the next scheduled delivery date, a minimum of at least 2-weeks), or cancelled as appropriate.
SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE informs when your order shall be delivered to Jim's British Market, Gland
DELIVERY OR COLLECTION option will need to be selected before the order can be submitted. All prices quoted are "cash" prices (ex. TVA), based upon the assumption that the order is to be collected. Should you require a delivery quotation, then please select the appropriate option.
Select "SUBMIT ORDER" to send for Jim's to quote (to include delivery & handling charges, if appropriate).
QUOTATION TO FOLLOW after which you shall need to check your order, the Terms & Conditions and select "APPROVE" before the cut off time/date (17h00 21-days prior to the scheduled Thursday delivery).
