What if my order does not arrive?

Check your junk folder and ensure that email@example.com is added to your safe senders list.
To track your order at any time, go to the Google search engine and type in the tracking number provided by JBM to find where your delivery is currently located.
Contact JBM in Gland quoting your order number, tracking number and date of order.
